The Child Protection Wellbeing Program is designed to strengthen the mental health of Victoria's child protection workforce and build a safe and secure workplace.

The development of the program forms part of the Child protection workforce strategy 2017-2020, which recognises the difficulties that can be encountered by child protection practitioners and the vital role practitioners play in working with children and families.
